What we collect. When you fill out a form on this site (contact, proposal request, contact update, or guide download), we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone, email, address, association or property details, and your message.
How we use it. We use it to answer your request, prepare proposals, keep resident and owner records up to date, and manage the properties and associations we serve.
Tools we use.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us understand how visitors use the site, using cookies and similar technology. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Google reCAPTCHA helps block spam on our forms. It’s subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- AppFolio runs our resident and owner portals, online payments, and rental applications. Information you enter in a portal is handled under AppFolio’s privacy policy as well as ours.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Sharing. We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as the tools above), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Calls and texts. If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request or your property. Reply STOP to stop texts.
Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent through this site, subject to records we have to keep.
